YES! When you spend $99 or more, we will ship your order to you by regular mail at NO CHARGE.

We use Australia Post to deliver all orders. If you checkout using the express post option and your delivery address is within Australia Post’s express post network, you should receive your order within 2-3 days. Orders dispatched using regular post vary in delivery time depending on your delivery address.

We pack orders every day from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If you place an order on Friday (after 9am) or over the weekend, we strive to have your order dispatched on the following Monday (unless Monday is a public holiday).

After your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking details. Alternatively, the tracking details for your order can be found if you log into your account.

If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact us.

No, all orders dispatched require a signature on delivery to minimise orders going missing. If you or anybody else is not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, then your order will be taken to your local Australia Post shop for you to collect - please don't forget to take a form of identification with you.

There are many reasons why you might be having an issue completing your purchase, the most common problems might be due to your credit card information being entered in incorrectly. Please check that your details on the front of the card (card number, expiry date and name) as well as the CVV (3 digits) on the back of your card are entered in correctly.

Not at all! You have the option of purchasing from us as a guest or alternatively through your account. Please note that customers who sign up with us for an account and purchase through their account have access to heaps of promotions, awesome weekly information and our loyalty reward program. Your account also contains information regarding your order history which can make re-ordering quicker.

At the top of the website, you will see the “MY ACCOUNT” link, click this link and you will directed to the member’s login section where you will be asked to enter in your email address and password to log into your account.

On the members login page, you will see a link under the “Sign In” button called “Forgot Your Password?” Click this link and follow the steps to setup a new password.

One you have clicked this, you will receive an email (please also check your junk mail folder) which will allow you to update your password.

Orders

Once you have successfully completed your order, the next screen you will be taken to is the “THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE” screen. Here you will see your order number.

You will also receive an order confirmation by email and your order will also appear in the order history section in your My Bong Shop account. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping email with your Australia Post tracking number.

Yes, all your past orders are stored in your My Bong Shop account. Simply log into your account and click the “My Orders” button.

Yes, log into your My Bong Shop account and click on the “My Orders” button. In this section, you will be able to reorder any of your previous orders by clicking on the reorder button next to the order. Once you have done this, the full order which you have clicked “reorder” will appear in your cart, ready to checkout.

Yes, we send all orders by Australia Post with tracking details. Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email advising you that your order has been dispatched with Australia Post, tracking details will also be in this email.
