What comes in the box?
This shisha starter kit is everything you need to get started and includes:

I'm new to shishas, how do I set up this shisha?
Setting up your new shisha is really simple and only takes a few minutes, please follow these steps:
- Take out all the pieces of this shisha from the box, take off the bubble wrap or protective packaging around each piece and place them on a flat surface, ready to assemble.
- Screw the down stem into the metal hub, the down stem has a thread on one side.
- Put the metal structure into the hole on the top of the glass base, there is a rubber seal inside this part which will keep the shisha airtight during use. Push it down gently until you cannot push it anymore – this can be a common mistake for beginners but follow our guide to avoid this rookie error and smoke like a professional!
- Insert the hoses into the sides of the metal hub. If you only want to use one hose, then screw on the metal cap onto the other hole (where the second hose is inserted) to make it airtight when using solo. Make sure that the small metal ball is inside this cap to ensure that this is 100% airtight.
- Put the black ash catcher on the top of the metal hub and then screw the cone shape metal cap into the thread over the ash catcher to lock it into place. You might need to insert the silicone rubber on top of this metal cone (if it has fallen off) – this will hold the ceramic bowl in place securely.
- Lastly, push the ceramic bowl over the rubber to complete the setup. Do not force it on, only push it on gently.
Can two people inhale from the shisha at one time?
You can but it is not recommended as both people's experience will be negatively affected. When one person inhales, the other person should cover their mouthpiece with their hand to create optimum airflow and smoke generation for the other person.
How often should I change the water?
We recommend changing the shisha water after each session. Leaving stagnant water in your shisha between uses will most likely change the taste of your smoke, make it harder to keep your shisha clean and is unhealthy as bacteria may form.
Should I buy a glass or plastic shisha?
This is a personal choice but we recommend glass. Glass is always preferable as it does not alter the taste of your smoke, is a lot easier to clean and does not absorb any tar or other impurities.
How do I clean my shisha?
Before you clean your shisha, take it apart first – this way you can ensure that all components are cleaned properly, ensuring longevity and a pure, crisp tasting smoke. If you are on a budget, it's as simple as using isopropyl alcohol with warm water. Otherwise, grab a glass cleaning solution, a brush to reach those hard to reach spaces in the base and a pipe cleaner to clean the hose and mouthpiece properly.
